Jill Hailpern, Administrative Assistant
Jill has been with the Beals Team since 1998 and is an efficient and friendly Administrative Assistant, as well as a Certified Medical Assistant. She feels privileged to be working with such an incredible doctor and staff, and enjoys showing compassion and care for all of the patients she contacts. When she’s not at work she loves spending time with her husband and children, working out, running, reading, and watching her son play baseball.

Fabiola Garcia, Certified Medical Assistant
Fabiola Garcia joined the Beals team during the summer of 2006 and is a Certified Medical Assistant. She is proud to be a part of Dr. Beals’ staff, and enjoys building personal relationships with the patients. Fabiola is originally from El Paso, Texas and can now understand the meaning of hot temperatures. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, as well as enjoying the art of dance and music.

Kasper, Surgery Coordinator
Kasper (yes, she just has one name) has been with the Beals Team since 1993 and is a Certified Medical Assistant and Licensed Aesthetician. In her position as the Surgery Coordinator, she most enjoys being able to work closely with patients and support them as they make decisions and plans. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband, two grown boys, and family and friends. She also enjoys working out, hiking, and exciting off-road drives with good company.

Joan Smart, RN, Clinical Specialist
Joan Smart joined the Beals team at the beginning of 2007 and is a Registered Nurse. Joan fills many shoes around the office; she assists Dr. Beals with clinical patient care and administers botox, fillers, and sclerotherapy. She enjoys working diligently to build relationships in order to better serve and educate the patients. When Joan is not at work, she enjoys hiking, cycling, doing yoga, and being with her family.









Kelly Heller, Licensed Aesthetician & Certified Laser Technician
Kelly has been a Licensed Aesthetician with the Beals Team since 2000. She has been Laser Certified since 2005. At work, her favorite part of the job is the patient interaction, both helping them in skin care and befriending them. Outside of work, she spends a lot of time chasing around her two young boys and loves to spend time with friends and family. As a mom, she mostly enjoys sleeping whenever she can.

Kerry Page, Licensed Aesthetician & Certified Laser Technician
Kerry joined the Beals Team in 2004, working as a Licensed Aesthetician. She has been Laser Certified since 2005. She loves working with patients to develop relationships, earn trust, and find the perfect solution for their desired results. She enjoys working with an incredibly talented surgeon and a professional and caring staff. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends as well as hiking, biking, doing yoga, reading, and knitting.

Sarah Klusman, Licensed Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician
Sarah is a Licensed Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician and joined the Beals team at the end of 2006. The favorite part of her job is investing in her patients to help them get the skin results they desire, as well as working with a superb staff. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends and is very involved in her local church.

Allison Christodoulou, Service Coordinator
Allison is the newest addition to the Beals team as the Service Coordinator and she is also a Licensed Aesthetician. She is happy to be working with a team all striving for the same goal – to make our patients feel good and look great! When away from work, Allison enjoys spending time with her husband and miniature pinscher. She also enjoys cooking and baking, as well as photography and painting.

Lucy, Licensed Aesthetician
Lucy joined the Beals Team the Summer of 2009. She has 28 years of experience as an aesthetician, 18 of which were in medical skin care. She has received training on the East and West coasts, as well as in Europe and Arizona. In her free time she enjoys family, friends, gardening, reading and travel.

Martha Reamy, Licensed Massage Therapist, Asian Bodywork Practitioner and Wellness Coordinator
Martha joined the Beals Team in the Spring of 2010. As a massage therapist the most rewarding part of her job is helping her clients get relief from muscular pain and other stress related issues. As Wellness Coordinator she enjoys helping her clients set fitness and nutrition goals to help them achieve a healthy lifestyle. Outside of work she loves to walk, run and stretch. Her most favorite thing is to spend time with her family – especially her grandson.

Lori Hustead, Service Coordinator
Lori is excited to be part of the Beals Team and have the opportunity to serve the patients with care. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband, kids, family and friends. She loves hiking, sports, and using her creative skills for decorating and crafts.

Kim Kiser, Licensed Aesthetician
Kim has been a licensed aesthetician since 2006. She previously worked at Cornerstone Aesthetics and is now excited to join the Beals Team. Kim specializes in waxing, facials and body treatments. She loves helping other feel good about themselves. Outside of work, Kim enjoys family time with her husband and two kids. She also looks forward to time with friends and enjoys a variety of outdoor activities like hiking and going to the beach.

Gina Yarbrough-Viviano, RN, Licensed Aesthetician
Gina received her Registered Nursing degree in 1981 and her Aestheticians license in 2006. She specializes in medical aesthetics procedures including acne surgery and extractions, laser procedures, and chemical peels. She joined the Beals Team after four years in business and formerly worked for 20 years as a nurse in a dermatology practice. Her philosophy encompasses seeing the patient as an individual and designing a customized care plan. She believes in skin health and education above all else. Gina has three grown and married children, one very cute little grandchild, and is married to Tom.
