Cara is originally from New Orleans, Louisiana and moved to Arizona in 2021. She completed her Bachelors in Nursing from Louisiana State University in 2017 and is working toward her Masters degree from Loyola University. Cara spent 5 years as an Emergency Room and Intensive Care Unit nurse before transitioning into Aesthetic Medicine.

Cara believes in achieving natural results tailored to each client's goals while providing a comfortable and supportive environment. She aims to help others feel confident and healthy, both inside and out, and encourages a healthy lifestyle to promote longevity and overall well-being. Outside of the office, you can find Cara hiking, walking her Goldendoodle, watching sports with her husband, traveling, and trying new restaurants.

Jaime is an RN with a broad clinical background in many types of nursing for the last 30 years.  For the last 20 years, she has specialized in aesthetic medicine, providing injectables, laser, and skincare treatments to clients.  She enjoys helping clients achieve their anti-aging and beauty goals in a very natural, preventative, corrective, and conservative way.  Outside work, Jaime loves to get outdoors, travel the world, and spend time with her family and 2 dogs.

Jen has been an RN since 2009. She spent 11 years in Seattle WA as a pediatric and adult oncology and stem cell transplant nurse. Moving to Arizona in 2021 allowed her to explore new opportunities. She has always loved making people feel better and now can use aesthetics in conjunction with nursing.

Being a mom of 3, she found it's easy to neglect herself and put her needs on the back burner. Tapping into this world, She quickly learned a different form of nursing and the importance of selfcare. She loves seeing people's transformations! It gives her great satisfaction to see patients feeling better mentally and physically.

She has 3 crazy, wild, and wonderful boys. Her oldest has Autism and has taught her to view the world through different eyes. Her middle son is a natural comedian who keeps them on their toes and their 1-year-old is the smiliest toddler in the world. She and her husband are truly blessed. They couldn't do this life without their amazing au pair who helps keep them sane. Their house is always loud but full of love.

She feels very lucky to work for such an amazing and talented physician who also values family.

Nicole joined our practice in 2016, after moving to the Valley from Salt Lake City, Utah. Nicole is our surgical coordinator and enjoys spending time with patients, educating them about their procedures, and assisting in their surgical experience with the highest level of quality care. She feels very fortunate to work for such an amazing surgeon and with a great team. She loves spending time with her husband, children, and family, and loves to travel.

Gina received her Registered Nursing degree in 1981 and her Aesthetician's license in 2006. She specializes in medical aesthetic procedures including acne surgery and extractions, laser procedures, and chemical peels. She joined the Beals' Team after four years in business and formerly worked for 20 years as a nurse in a dermatology practice. Her philosophy encompasses seeing the patient as an individual and designing a customized care plan. She believes in skin health and education above all else. Gina has three grown and married children, two stepsons, eleven very cute little grandchildren and two miniature horses.
